We are an outdoor apparel and accessories brand designed for women who are kind of outdoorsy. Our mission is to offer stylish, comfortable, and functional gear for women who love nature—whether that means weekend hikes, kayaking the creek, or casual camping trips.


2. What types of products do you sell?

We offer a range of outdoor-inspired apparel and accessories, including:

3. How does Print-On-Demand (POD) work?

Print-On-Demand means that each item is made to order, specifically for you! Once you place an order, we begin production, which allows us to avoid overproduction and reduce waste. It also means that products may take a little longer to arrive since they’re custom-made for you.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Since our products are Print-On-Demand, please allow:

  • 2-5 business days for production
  • 5-7 business days for shipping in the U.S. Shipping times may vary for international orders.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the custom nature of Print-On-Demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at info@theoutdoorsyish.com within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.


6. How do I know what size to order?

For all apparel items, we provide detailed size charts on each product page to help you choose the right fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us for assistance!


7. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.


8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We apologize if your item arrives damaged or defective! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.


9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an item goes into production, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.


10. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.


11. Do you offer gift cards?

No, we do not currently offer gift cards.


12. What materials do you use in your products?

We use high-quality, durable materials designed to withstand outdoor use while remaining stylish and comfortable. For example, our Wildflower Picnic Blankets feature polyester fleece for softness with a water-resistant back for durability. Each product page contains specific material details.
