At The Outdoorsyish, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, since our products are Print-On-Demand (POD), each item is uniquely made to order just for you. For this reason, we have specific guidelines around returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review our policy below:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right!
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with a description of the issue and photos of the damaged product.
- We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or faulty products.
2. Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering)
If you’re unsure about sizing or need assistance, please reach out to our team before placing your order.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for Print-On-Demand items, as each product is custom-made. Please double-check your order details, including size and color, before finalizing your purchase.
4. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it goes into production almost immediately. Therefore, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the item may already be in production.
5. Wrong Address
If the wrong shipping address is provided and the order is shipped, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the lost item. Double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase!
6. How to Start a Return or Refund Request
For any issues, please email our customer service team at info@theoutdoorsyish.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Photo(s) of the item and damage (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
7. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
